The confirmation email is designed to ensure that you entered your email address correctly when you registered.
If you did not receive the confirmation email, then it is likely that there was a typo in your email address.
- Attempt your registration again, using the registration link provided by your teacher.
- If the registration succeeds, then you did not register this email address previously. Check your email for the confirmation message and you can move forward.
- If you see a message saying that your email address has already been taken, then that means you did register successfully with that same email address previously.
In the latter case (#3), check your email again. Be sure to check your spam folder. The email will be from firstname.lastname@example.org

Please DO NOT try to solve this problem by requesting a password reset. This will only make things more confusing for you.
