Depending on the approach your ISD selected (more information here), you may need to manually unlock (or lock) study paths or Post-Tests for your students.
Unlock Blocking, which completely removes access to the entire goal (and all associated study paths), students can still access Goals with Locked study paths. When a study path is Locked, students will not be able to access the initial diagnostic or resulting study path.
How to Lock or Unlock a study path:
- Access the Group Summary Report: after logging into Texas College Bridge:
- Click the Manage Account button
- On the Groups tab, click the Reports button (
)
- Select your report-level filters: you must select the Goal
- Optional: select each category value you want to include (Graduation Year, School, Section) in the dropdown menu.
- Click the Run Report button and the report will be displayed on-screen
- Click the Edit Mode button above the table
- You'll be taken to the Edit view of this report.
- Click the 'locked' icon (closed padlock) for any study path that should be unlocked: you'll see it switch to the 'unlocked' icon (open padlock) and the cell will be highlighted in blue.
- Click the 'unlocked' icon (open padlock) for any study path that should be locked: you'll see it switch to the 'locked' icon (closed padlock) and the cell will be highlighted in blue.
- Click the Save button to save changes.
