>> ONLY fill out this form for yourself. Teachers should not fill out this form on behalf of students, nor vice versa. It leads to confusion and delays. Each person must submit their own form with their own information.

If you have reason to think that a student has access to a Texas College Bridge Certificate that they did not truly earn, or that their progress should be reset (ex: because of cheating or finding answers online) complete the form below to start the process of having that Subject reset and/or Certificates(s) removed. This form is only intended to be used in cases where you are aware they did not do their Texas College Bridge work on their own or if the student excessively tested without learning the material/ engaging with the Learn resources. Please reach out to your ISD Administrator or the Texas College Bridge team for more details: texascollegebridge@commitpartnership.org) If you would still like to remove a student's access to a certificate and/or reset their progress for a subject please check this box and complete the form below.

Be sure this information is exactly as it appears in the Texas College Bridge portal at this present moment. Many students use a personal email address that differs from what the school has in their records. If the student has a new email address that is NOT in TCB, do not list it here. We do not need that information right now.
