Teacher/Admin accounts are sometimes deactivated or archived by TCB staff or by higher level admins at your school or ISD. If you see a message that your account has been deactivated or archived, contact your local TCB admin team at your school or ISD. They can reach out to to the TCB/EdReady team to reactivate your account. EdReady support staff are not authorized to reinstate accounts on the request of the account holder.
If you are an ISD or School Administrator trying to reactivate or unarchive an account, please contact our support team for assistance. There are no steps you can take to reinstate an account.
