The Texas College Bridge program offers Certificates of Completion to students through GreenLight Locker. GreenLight allows students to have access to their Certificate(s) and share them directly with any institutions of higher education that accept Texas College Bridge. Overview

NOTE FOR 2022 GRADS: The way students gain access to Certificates of Completion in GreenLight Locker changed on May 13, 2022. Prior to that date, students would periodically receive an email with details on how to access their certificates. If a student previously received an email, they can still follow the instructions in that message or log into GreenlightLocker.com and get their certificates there.

Access Your Certificate

1. Navigate to the My Achievements page in EdReady: 
   • Log in and click the View your Goals button
   • Click on your name near the top of the page
   • Click My Account in the dropdown menu to be taken to the My Achievements page where you can see your certificates.

2. Click on the Go To Certificate button to be taken to GreenLight Locker

Register GreenLight Account

1. Complete the on-screen form to register a GreenLight Locker account for Texas College Bridge. Complete the required fields, paying special attention to the following information. When all fields have been completed, click the Sign Up button.
   
   
   • • Email Address: we recommend that you use a personal email address here, if you have one.
       • • This is where password reset emails and your account activation email will be sent
         • If you use a school address, you may want to change it later so that you can get to your certificates even after you graduate. 
     • Username: will be used to login to your GreenLight Locker
     • Password: will be used to login to your GreenLight Locker
     • Be sure to agree to the GreenLight Credentials terms of use
2.  You will see an on-screen confirmation message:
   

GreenLight Account Activation Request Form 

If you do not receive an email to activate your GreenLight account, please fill out the form at the link below. Include the email address you used to create your GreenLight locker. Allow 1 business day to process the request and then try to log in to your GreenLight locker again.

Activate GreenLight Account

1. Visit the inbox of the email address you provided as part of your account registration: you should see an email from GreenLight:
   
2. Click on the link in that email to activate your account. This step is very important: you will not be able to log in until you click that link
   • • If you do not receive an email, check your spam folders. If you still do not see it there and you are using a school email address, check with your teacher or school contact to ensure that your school's email servers will accept messages from GreenLight. 
3. Once your account has been activated, you will see an on-screen confirmation message
   

You will now be able to log in at https://greenlightlocker.com/login: account activation will no longer be needed in the future and you can directly log in from now on.

Log in and Access Certificate(s)

1. Visit https://greenlightlocker.com/login and login with the username and password you selected during account registration, then click the Log In button
   
2. You will be presented with a short video about using GreenLight and sharing your transcript (certificates). When you have finished watching that video, click the Click to Continue button.

3. Accept and electronically sign the on-screen FERPA statement, then click the Save button.
4. When you land on your GreenLight Dashboard, click the My Credentials button
   
5. Any certificates you have earned as part of Texas College Bridge will be listed on-screen:

Getting Help with GreenLight

1. Access support by completing the Contact form: https://greenlightlocker.com/contact
2. Once logged into your GreenLight Locker, click the Help link in the header:
   
3. Call the Helpdesk and select the option for GreenLight Locker.
