Occasionally you may have a student whose Stage 2 does not get unlocked automatically.
Please recommend to your students that they not allow their sessions to time out, but instead be sure to log out explicitly each time they are done using the system. This may prevent some cases.
You can manually unlock them by following these steps.
| DO NOT unlock a student before they reach a score of 90. They will not be prepared for Stage 2 and they will not be able to get their certificate if their Stage 1 score is below 90. |
- Visit the Group Summary Report: select a Goal and Run Report
- Click the Edit Mode button above the table
- Click the 'locked' icon (closed padlock) for any study path that should be unlocked: you'll see it switch to the 'unlocked' icon (open padlock) and the cell will be highlighted in blue
- Click the Save button to save changes: the study path is now unlocked and available for the student to work in
