ATTENTION STUDENTS: After completing the TCB program, your certificates are in your GreenlightLocker.com account. You do not need to log into EdReady anymore. If you have an issue with your certificate in Greenlight, fill out this form: https://texascollegebridge.edready.org/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=5009667878167

Please read before filling out the form!

>> NEVER share passwords with us or anyone else. We cannot confirm passwords and it puts the security of private student data at risk.

>> Provide the email address you will reply FROM on this form. Replying to your ticket from a different email address will result in delays.

>> Certificate issues must be submitted by students only. Their form is the second choice in the dropdown below, or you can provide this direct link: https://texascollegebridge.edready.org/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=5009667878167

>> ONLY fill out this form for yourself. Teachers should not fill out this form on behalf of students, nor vice versa. It leads to confusion and delays. Each person must submit their own form with their own information.

>> When in doubt, use the General Help Request form. There are forms in the dropdown for specific situations, but in all other cases, use the general help form. There may be additional fields available as you make selections in the form.

I am a teacher/admin requesting to have a subject removed from a student's account. I have read and understand the caveats here: https://texascollegebridge.edready.org/hc/en-us/articles/8802674135063-Remove-Subject-from-a-Student-s-Account If a student has signed up to study both subjects (math and English) but only should have one, please complete the form below to request removal of the additional subject. NOTE: students who sign up to study with Texas College Bridge should have access to their study paths for a year (or their graduation date, whichever is first). We typically recommend that students continue to have access to their study paths, as they can be used to better prepare them for college-level courses, even if they do not require the CCMR indicator anymore. (If students will not be completing TCB, do not remove the subject; update their account to indicate why with the Inactivity Reason: https://texascollegebridge.edready.org/hc/en-us/articles/5802165248791 Please reach out to your ISD Administrator or the Texas College Bridge team for more details: texascollegebridge@commitpartnership.org) If you would still like to remove a student's access to a subject, please check this box and complete the form below.

Use only relevant keywords above to get better suggestions. Provide all the details below.

Provide as much detail as possible. For technical support issues, screenshots are very helpful. You may attach screenshots or pictures at the end of this form.

Please write out the name of your ISD, not the initials.

Describe how you work with Texas College Bridge (ex: you are the ISD or School Administrator) or how you work with the student (ex: you are their math instructor)

Be sure this information is exactly as it appears in the Texas College Bridge portal at this present moment. Many students use a personal email address that differs from what the school has in their records. If the student has a new email address that is NOT in TCB, do not list it here. We do not need that information right now.
