Confirm Request To Remove Subject From Student View

I am a teacher/admin requesting to have a subject removed from a student's account. I have read and understand the caveats here: https://texascollegebridge.edready.org/hc/en-us/articles/8802674135063-Remove-Subject-from-a-Student-s-Account If a student has signed up to study both subjects (math and English) but only should have one, please complete the form below to request removal of the additional subject. NOTE: students who sign up to study with Texas College Bridge should have access to their study paths for a year (or their graduation date, whichever is first). We typically recommend that students continue to have access to their study paths, as they can be used to better prepare them for college-level courses, even if they do not require the CCMR indicator anymore.
