Removing a Subject from a Student's AccountÂ
If a student has signed up to study both subjects (math and English) but only should have one, their instructor or local ISD/ School Administrator can complete a form to request removal of the additional subject.
Removal is not required, as there is no harm in having the extra subject on the student's dashboard. They may wish to use it later in the year.
NOTE: Students who sign up to study with Texas College Bridge should have access to their study paths for a year (or their graduation date, whichever is first). We typically recommend that students continue to have access to their study paths, as they can be used to better prepare them for college-level courses, even if they do not require the CCMR indicator anymore.
If students will not be completing TCB, you can update their account to indicate why with the Inactivity Reason (more details here).
To request the removal of a subject for a student, please complete this form:
Student Subject Removal Request Form
The form is designed for requesting removal for an individual student. If you have multiple students, you can contact texascollegebridge@commitpartnership.org to discuss the situation.
