If a user gets a message that their username is not recognized, this means that EdReady cannot find an account with that username.
Please note that resetting the user's password will not solve this problem. You will need to help the user determine what their username is.
To confirm a user's username:

1. Log in to EdReady and click Manage Account from your dashboard |

2. The Groups tab will open by default. Depending on the type of user you are helping, click on the Admins or Students tab at the top of the page. |

3. The Username displayed here will be what they need to use to log into EdReady. If you do not see this column displayed, use the Select Columns button () above the table to add Username to your on-screen display. |
