There are many ways for teachers and admins to get help and support for Texas College Bridge.
The NROC/EdReady team is available for technical support, and the TCB program team can assist with policy questions and Greenlight Locker issues.
Our Help Center answers many questions for both students and staff in article and FAQ format. We offer both live support and emailed support tickets for teachers and admins. Students have access to a chat bot and support tickets.

Support Tickets
For technical issues, please use the Submit a Support Ticket form at the top of the Help Center. Please note that the support form is specific to Texas College Bridge. As you make selections in the form, additional sections will open up asking for information. The more details you provide, the more efficiently we can provide the help you need. Office Hours
We have weekly Office Hours for Texas College Bridge instructors and admins. You can find the schedule HERE. Office Hours are not intended for students.
Students should use the Submit a Support Ticket form at the top of the Help Center or the Chat Bot which is located at the bottom left of the screen on the Help Center. The chat bot is especially useful for students who need help with their certificates or other Greenlight issues.
