Find District-Specific Goal Keys

Important Details

EdReady for Texas College Bridge uses custom registration links to allow new students to self-register for the program. Any student who has one of your links will be able to register: student rosters are not used and no pre-provisioning of student information is needed. 

An existing student (any student who already signed up for Texas College Bridge) should never make an additional account: instead, the necessary goal(s) should be added to their existing account.

Teachers should contact their local ISD or school administrator for these Goal Keys. They are not available in a teacher's TCB admin interface.

As an ISD kicks off use of Texas College Bridge, the primary coordinator(s) will be sent your district's goal key details via email.  

Anyone with an ISD Administrator or School Administrator account can also access the district Goal Keys via the EdReady interface using the instructions below. You need to provide these URLs to the teachers in your district.

IMPORTANT: 

  • College Prep Students: all College Prep students should be given the College and Career Support goal. Make sure you provide that goal's key in addition to any subject-specific goal keys you share.
  • Test Prep Students: there are two goals - Study Paths and Tests - available for both subjects (Math & English). Ensure that you share both goal keys when a student needs to add Test Prep to their account.

Find your District-Specific Goal Keys

1. Login to EdReady

2. Click the Manage Account button from your EdReady dashboard to access the administrative pages in EdReady.

3. You will land on the Groups tab: click the Edit icon (btnEdit.png) for your ISD

4. Click on the Goals tab: you will see all current and historical goals for your district listed. If your district has participated in more than one year of Texas College Bridge, you may see more than one goal for each subject.

IMPORTANT: Goal keys are only to be used by students who already have an existing Texas College Bridge account. If a student does not yet have an account, they will need to register with one of your registration links. More details about registration links can be found HERE. 

5. The Key column will indicate the goal key a student can use to join that goal. Share the goal key exactly as you see it here: students can use these instructions to join the goal(s) they need.

In all situations, students should recieve more than one goal key, so be sure you are sharing the goal keys for all goals the student should enroll in:

  • College Prep Math: 
    1. TX Math Bridge - <schoolYear> and 
    2. College and Career Support - <schoolYear>
  • College Prep English: 
    1. TX English Bridge - <schoolYear> and 
    2. College and Career Support - <schoolYear>
  • College Prep English and Math: 
    1. TX English Bridge - <schoolYear> and 
    2. TX Math Bridge - <schoolYear> and
    3. College and Career Support - <schoolYear>
  • Test Prep Math: 
    1. TSI Prep Math Study Paths - <schoolYear> and
    2. TSI Prep Math Tests - <schoolYear>
  • Test Prep English:
    1. TSI Prep English Study Paths - <schoolYear> and
    2. TSI Prep English Tests - <schoolYear>
  • Test Prep English and Math:
    1. TSI Prep English Study Paths - <schoolYear> and
    2. TSI Prep English Tests - <schoolYear> and
    3. TSI Prep Math Study Paths - <schoolYear> and
    4. TSI Prep Math Tests - <schoolYear>

*Note: all College Prep students should be given the College and Career Support goal. Please be sure to share this goal's key along with the other(s) goal keys you are sharing.
